Dan C. Sanders has 30+ years in all facets of civil litigation, with emphasis in personal injury, commercial/contract and real estate law.  Mr. Sanders has tried cases, and handled litigation before all courts in the Kansas City metropolitan area, both Kansas and Missouri. He has been lead attorney on appeals pending before the Missouri and Kansas Court of Appeals, and the Eighth, Ninth and Tenth Circuit United States Court of Appeals.

Mr. Sanders is a life-long resident of Kansas City, who both his father and brother are attorneys. He is a graduate of both the University of Kansas and St. Louis University School of Law.  Mr. Sanders is an AV rated attorney, who has been recognized by his peers as the "Best of the Bar.”
